02What's included

Most agencies stop at the homepage. The 14-day site ships four systems.

01

The site itself

Up to 6 pages, designed and built from scratch. Framer when your team will edit it; Next.js when the site is software.

  • Brand or product site
  • Reusable section system
  • CMS + blog
02

The automation layer

Every form, booking, and payment wired into a workflow by day 12. Nothing on your site ends in an unread inbox.

  • Forms → CRM → Slack
  • Booking + reminder flows
  • Receipts + notifications
03

The launch kit

Social profiles matched to the new site and a two-week content kit, so the launch lands on your channels too.

  • Profile design
  • Launch content kit
  • Hand-off training
04

The numbers

Analytics installed and verified, UTMs mapped, and a 12-minute walkthrough of which numbers matter.

  • Funnel + UTM map
  • Dashboard
  • Loom walkthrough

01Kick-offMonday call. 90 minutes. Brand, audience, page list, no-go list. You leave with the schedule and the Slack.
02Kick-offVoice + content map. Your homepage drafted in your voice — headlines, sections, what the buttons say.
03DesignDirection + tokens. Colors, type, motion. One deck. You pick a direction by 5pm.
04DesignHome + key page. Hi-fi homepage and your most critical page, in Figma.
05DesignSystem rollout. Every other page templated off the home. Friday review call.
06BuildComponents. Components built in Framer or Next.js. Staging URL Monday.
07BuildPage assembly. Pages assembled with real copy. First click-through Sunday night.
08BuildForms + CMS. Blog CMS loaded. Every form points at a real automation.
09AutomateWorkflows. Forms → CRM → Slack. Booking and reminder flows. Tested with live data.
10AutomateAnalytics + UTMs. Analytics installed, UTMs mapped to every channel, dashboard built.
11PolishQA + performance. Lighthouse 95+, accessibility pass, every link checked, every state designed.
12PolishLaunch kit. Profile design lands. Content kit drops in your Drive.
13LaunchDress rehearsal. Full walkthrough on staging. Sign-off. We freeze.
14LaunchLive. DNS swap before lunch. Loom walkthrough by 5pm. You hold every key.

05Who you're hiring
“Shefa is one person with a system, not a team with a process deck. I design the site, build it, and wire the automation — which is exactly why it ships in 14 days and exactly who you'll be talking to on day 1 and day 14.”

06Honest answers
Why 14 days? Aren't most sites built in 6–8 weeks?
Because most of that time is calendar drift, not work. We pre-build the system — components, automation patterns, analytics scaffolding — so the days you pay for are spent on your site, not on ours. The schedule is the product.
What if my brand isn't ready?
Day 2 is voice and content; day 3 is direction and tokens. If you have a logo and a sense of who you're for, we have enough. If you don't, we'll say so on the call and recommend you build that first — we'd rather pass than ship on a shaky foundation.
Can you build in my favourite stack?
Framer and Next.js are the defaults. Webflow on request; we've also shipped on Astro. We won't build on WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace — the automation layer doesn't fit cleanly into them.
What if it slips past day 14?
If a delay is on us, the care plan is free for your first 3 months. If it's on you — delayed sign-offs, missing content — we hold the schedule and resume when you're ready. Either way the price doesn't move.
Do you do redesigns or only new sites?
Both, and the schedule is identical — kick-off Monday, live the second Friday. Redesigns also get a redirect map for every old URL that has traffic, so you don't burn your SEO on launch day.
Who owns the work?
You. Code, designs, accounts, integrations — all transferred to your ownership on launch day. The Loom walkthrough explains every part of the system you now own.
07Book a call20 minutes, no deck

Pick a slot. Bring the brand.

One call is enough to know whether the 14-day site fits. If it doesn't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

  • Before the call — send your current site (if any) and what's not working.
  • On the call — scope, stack, and your kick-off Monday.
  • After the call — a one-pager and a single invoice. No proposal theatre.

The calendar loads on demand — no third-party scripts until you ask for them.
